Stiles to have full control of said property during her natural life. and I further appoint the said Sarah A. Stiles my executrix without Bonds."

The following is quoted form a letter date 17 August 1966 from Maude Stiles Ballou: "It [the Delvee home in Warwick] was where my dear Grandmother was born and probably grew up. She was a wonderful woman - I know, as my Dad was her son-in-law and he taught us children to love and respect her."
