  "VENICE, FL Raymond A. Bryant, 58 of 155 Braemar Ave, Venice FL, died on Sunday, June 13th following a battle with cancer. Ray lived in Barre, MA for 55 years prior to moving to Florida. He leaves his wife of 23 years, Jacqueline H. Bryant; his brother Doug A. Bryant and Aunt Stella Adenia Keenan, all of Florida; his three children, Michael Bryant and Amanda Bryant of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts and Trevor Bryant of Marysville, WA; three stepsons George Taylor III, David Taylor and Jason Taylor; a foster daughter GeriLynne Wood, 9 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Raymond was born in Barre. He was predeceased by his parents, Merton and Velma Bryant as well as his brother Bruce Bryant. He graduated from Worcester State College with honors with a degree in Mathematics. He worked at the Ware Foundry most of his life before retiring to Florida. He loved golf, country line dancing and competing in triathalons. His Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 22, at 11:00 am at the Barre Congregational Church, Park Street, Barre.
