      Death of Marcus Smith

      Marcus Smith 69 died Thursday morning at the home of his son George H Smith 1 7 Summer street after a long illness with heart trouble Mr Smith had lived at Orange but about a week coming on to see his son’s family before he died His home was at Cobbleskill N Y Mr Smith leaves three sons three sisters and one brother There was prayer at the home of his son 17 Summer street Friday morning by Rev J W Leonard pastor of the Baptist church and the body was taken on the noon train to Cobbleskill where the funeral and burial took place Saturday afternoon
