  Death of Marcus Smith

  Marcus Smith 69 died Thursday morning at the home of his son George H Smith 1 7 Summer street after a long illness with heart trouble Mr Smith had lived at Orange but about a week coming on to see his son’s family before he died His home was at Cobbleskill N Y Mr Smith leaves three sons three sisters and one brother There was prayer at the home of his son 17 Summer street Friday morning by Rev J W Leonard pastor of the Baptist church and the body was taken on the noon train to Cobbleskill where the funeral and burial took place Saturday afternoon Published by the Greenfield Daily Recorder, 29 September 1909
