Ruth was born to the late Willis D. and Lucy Eblin Webb July 13, 1935 in Stearns, Kentucky and was a graduate of University of Kentucky with a degree in library science and worked as a librarian for many years. Ruth loved to work with the children at IPS School 84. Survivors include husband, Thomas F. Kelton; daughter, Amy (Kary) Hoban of Kansas; and several nieces and nephews.     • Obituary: 22 Feb 1997; HOLDEN - Dr. Richard C. Kelton, 94, of 1680 North Main St., a local veterinarian for 45 years, died Thursday at home. His wife of 60 years, Elsie M. (Haubenreiser) Kelton, died in 1994. He leaves two sons, Jon D. Kelton of Holden and Thomas F. Kelton of Indianapolis; a daughter, Sara Kelton Jamharian of Englewood, Fla.; three grandchildren; nephews and nieces.
