  Text	Phyllis C Staples FARMINGTON - PtyUla C Staples 83 of Farmington died Thnrs- day afternoon at her home following a long illness ' She waa bom Aug 3 1930 in Lee the daughter of Evan C and Edna ' (Pickering) Cobb She received ber education In Lee schools and waa a graduate of Lee Academy hr 1948 lb 1948 ahe married Avon W Staples hr Lee moving to Farmington hi 1968 where they owned and operated1 Feridna Motel for 34 years Mrs Staples was a seamstress and she enjoyed cooking and working far the kitchen 'She also enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren She la survived by her husband Avon of Farmington one daughter Jay Leyden of North Yarmouth four sons Terry 8taples of Dexter Dana Staples of WOton Robfal Staples of Falrhaven Mass and Jon Staples of Farmington She is also survived by -eight grandchildren' Amy Summar Shannon Staples Derek GuptlU Joseph Staples Jennifer Leyden Byron Staples Jacob Staples and Kathryn Leyden She was predeceased by two brothers Norman 'Cobb and Lawrence Cobb
